THE COMPENSATION PLAN
We believe that people should be rewarded for the capital they help bring in — from day one. That's why our compensation is structured to create long-term, repeatable income even from small beginnings.
This is immediate income. Raise $50,000? You earn $1,250 immediately. Raise $250,000? You earn $6,250 immediately. Raise $1,000,000? You earn $25,000 immediately.
This is recurring, annual income. If the investor stays with the fund, you continue earning year after year. Even from small initial investors, this builds into meaningful long-term income. Here’s an example for you: You find investors that invest a total of $1,000,000 with us. We usually take 2% of their investment capital as a management fee. 2% of $1M equals $20,000. Your cut is 25% of $20,000 or $5,000. You get paid a residual of $5,000 per year on this $1M pool of capital.
When our fund performs well — you share in the upside. This gives you partner-like economics as you grow your network. Small investors add up fast. And as you get comfortable, you'll bring in larger and larger allocations. Another example: You find investors that invest a total of $1,000,000 with us. We double their money in one year. The investor made $1M on their original $1M investment. We get paid 20% of this as our performance fee. 20% of $1M equals $200,000. Your cut is 25% of $200,000 or $50,000.
On a $1M investor you bring us you get paid an immediate $25,000 as your finder’s fee and after one year you make an additional $5,000 as your cut of our management fees and finally you make $50,000 as your cut of our performance fees.

This is the entry level tier without a fixed base salary, designed for newcomers who want to "earn while they learn." You receive: 2.5% upfront finder's fee on all new capital that you raise for us, 25% of the management fees that we make from the capital that you raise for us and 25% of the performance fees that we make from the capital that you raise for us. This tier allows motivated individuals to start immediately and grow into professional-level income based purely on results.
This tier is for those who demonstrate consistent performance, professionalism, and an ability to bring in capital reliably. You’ve proved yourself to us so now it’s time to make you a full-time employee. You also receive: Base salary of $125,000 per year, full commission structure (2.5% finder's fee, 25% of management fees, 25% of performance fees), additional performance bonuses and fast-track promotion opportunities. Base Salary $125,000 per year.
By now you have proven your capability to communicate with investors, understand our products deeply, and bring in measurable capital. Compensation includes: $250K guaranteed base salary. Full commission structure. Performance bonuses. Leadership and training responsibilities for capital scouts. Capital raisers at this rank often transition from retail-level introductions to higher-net-worth conversations and small family offices. Base Salary $250,000 per year.
This is the top-tier. Individuals at this level have demonstrated: Professional-level capital raising skills. Strong communication and presentation capabilities. Consistent inflows from accredited investors, family offices, and ultra high net worth contacts. You receive: $575K guaranteed base salary. Highest-tier performance bonuses. Full commission structure. Eligibility for senior roles, team leadership, and partnership-track discussions. This rank represents the transition point between strong producer and true RAINMAKER status. Base Salary $575,000 per year.

That's completely acceptable. Many begin part-time, build confidence, bring in their first investors, and then move full-time as their commissions grow. Part-time contributors who perform well are still eligible for advancement.
Compensation includes base salary, fee-sharing arrangements, bonuses and other compensation depending on your tier.
Promotions are based on a combination of the following measurable factors: A. Capital Raised: This is the most important metric. Consistent capital inflows — even at modest levels initially — demonstrate your ability to raise capital. B. Professionalism & Reliability: Your communication quality, follow-through, understanding of our products and strategies and your ability to represent our firm. C. Growth & Skill Development: As you learn and progress, your comfort with investor conversations, presentations, and objection handling improves. Demonstrating clear growth is essential. D. Consistent Activity: Regular outreach, investor conversations, meetings, and follow-ups all contribute to promotion readiness. You do not need to be a top producer on day one. You just need to show progress, stability, and commitment.
To advance into the Capital Strategist rank with a $125K base salary, you must show: A track record of consistent capital raised (even if small). Reliable weekly communication and follow-up. Professional-level understanding of our products. The ability to source and manage investor conversations. This promotion typically occurs once you've demonstrated momentum — not perfection. In other words this promotion happens QUICKLY.
The Capital Architect rank includes a higher guaranteed base salary of $250K per year. To reach this level, you'll need to demonstrate: Consistent capital inflow from multiple investors. Strong communication skills suitable for accredited investors. Ability to explain our investment strategies to investors clearly. Confidence in managing larger, more sophisticated investor conversations.
The Capital Principal rank includes a $575,000 base salary, plus full performance commissions. To reach this level, you will need to show: Significant and repeatable capital raising performance. The ability to speak professionally with high-net-worth and UHNW clients. Leadership potential (e.g., guiding newer team members). High-quality investor pipeline management. At this level, you are no longer just participating — you are driving capital development.
There is no fixed timeline. Some of our people advance rapidly within months; others grow step-by-step over a longer period. Advancement depends solely on: Your activity, your progress, your results, your professionalism. We do not hold people back. If you're producing, you move up.
